KP Design is a creative and AI systems studio based in Cochrane/Calgary, Alberta, led by Alex Pauls and Kati Pauls. We work with businesses at every stage on branding, websites, marketing, AI systems, and creative support.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use kpdesign.ca (such as which pages are visited and how people arrive at the site). Google Analytics may use cookies to collect this information. It does not receive the personal information you share with Emma or through our contact forms — that data is handled separately, as described in this policy.
We retain information collected through Emma and our contact forms for up to 1 year from the date it was submitted, after which it is deleted unless you have since become an active client (in which case it becomes part of your client file and is retained under our standard business record-keeping practices).
Under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you have the right to request access to the personal information KP Design holds about you and to have any inaccurate information corrected. To make such a request, contact us using the details in Section 12; we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
If you’d prefer not to be contacted, just let us know, and we won’t reach out to you going forward — we don’t proactively follow up with anyone who asks us not to.
